ABOUT ME

THE JOURNEY OF LIFE TAKES US ALONG MANY PATHS.

For many people, individual dreams don’t always line up with the realities we face. But, it’s never too late. We are all capable of growth and personal development. My goal is to help people realize their dreams and reach their potential.

Utilizing my own personal experience, extensive training, and genuine passion for helping others, I work with couples, families, and individuals from all backgrounds. I incorporate specialized techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) (learn more), Emotion Freedom Technique (“tapping”), hypnosis and a mind-body-spirit holistic approach.

I assist people to clear their limiting beliefs about the world and themselves. These are often limiting thoughts from their past experiences that made sense of their situation at that time. Once these beliefs are cleared, the path is then opened and individuals can access who they really are. These experiences leave them with authentic power, which leads to purpose, harmony, love, and most of all happiness.

I believe that therapists are people like everyone else. We’re all on our own personal journey, called life. I feel fortunate to be in the position to give back to others in their time of need. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you, help you and be a catalyst for your growth.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe we are all on a journey to discover our true selves, and often the lessons that we are here to learn are taught through our relationsihps, mistakes and obstacles we encounter on our way.

My goal is to help individuals develop their awareness and skills to promote their own growth. I can be nurturing and direct so that clients will feel supported as they learn to be accountable in their own life. As I join my clients on their journey, I acknowledge the courage it takes to risk challenging old beliefs and developing new pathways.
